Good Morning, Is it me or does Cisco not make the SNTC login page easy to find. On another note after finding the login page there is a quick blink of an SNTC portal and then it goes to articles saying how to register and use SNTC even though I have gone through the multiple setups of connecting our contract numbers and enabling SNTC which did not work.

I go to services.cisco.com and login, it redirects me to register for the portal: When I click “register now” I get redirected back to portal: I had my colleague remove all my SNTC permissions (was only customer admin), save, and re-add, but I’m still getting the same problem. What needs to be done to resolve this account issue?
