I’m rooted on Pie June update (PQ3B.190605.006) and suffering from infamous “CaptivePortalLogin keeps stopping” issue reported on Reddit ( can’t post link due to policy, sorry). As a temporary solution I use CAPTIVE_PORTAL_MODE_IGNORE in Settings.java to prevent Android from detection of captive portals. To do that in root shell on device run:
